Abstract

A short discussion regarding the behaviours within a courtroom. This paper aims to analyse, speculate and discuss the way people interact within a highly formal environment. It draws heavily and is partially based upon the work of Nicole Gonzalez Van Cleve in Crook County: Racism and Injustice in America’s Largest Criminal Court.
